Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated by the size and weight of the package. Shipping discounts are automatically given on multiple-item orders. This saves you money on a per item basis. We package our items very carefully and ship them usually within 24 hours of receiving payment, excluding weekends and Holidays.
International Shipping Charges
We can ship international however our online shipping calculator is not setup for international shipping at this time. In order to give you a quote on shipping please send us an email with your postal code and a list of products you are interested in. We will then calculate the shipping charge and email a quote to you.

We at Fun Pool Toys take great pride in packaging and shipping your order. If we have made an error while processing, We will pay 100% of the shipping fees to correct the problem.
Warranty:
Our Manufacturers warrant their products against defects. Should you have a problem with any product or a factory defect, please Email us with: Your sales receipt number, the item number, product name and what the problem is. We will reply by email with instructions on how to resolve the issue.
Returns
All returns require an RMA #. Please email or call us for your RMA #. The RMA # must be clear and legible on the outside of the package or the package will be refused. To send a return, Please ship your return or exchange to the following address:

Freight Returns
If you discover a problem after you've accepted delivery, please notify our Customer Service department at returns@matteroffun.com We may be able to resolve the problem without requiring you to return the item. Please retain all packing material until you're completely satisfied with the condition and performance of your purchase. Doing so will make it easier to return the item if necessary. If you do wish to return or exchange a freight item, please call Customer Service at 800-378-7665. We will arrange the return shipment with a freight company.
Exchanges
For returns and exchanges please contact us for further information. Although we cannot process exchanges online at this time. Exchanges are usually delivered within two weeks from the time you put the exchange in the mail. In order for your exchange to be processed it must have the RMA # printed legibly on the outside of the package.
Matter of Fun Fast Exchange
You may request a Matter of Fun Fast Exchange by calling us at 800-378-7665, Monday through Friday 9am to 8pm EST. We'll need to charge you the purchase price for the second item. Once we receive your return, in new resalable condition with an RMA # on the outside of the package, we'll credit you for the cost of the original item.
Receipts
We encourage you to include your receipt in order to help us process your return more quickly. However, we'll accept your return without the original receipt. If you return an item without a receipt, please help speed processing time by telling us where and when you purchased the product. Always include the RMA # on the outside of the package so your return is not refused when it arrives at our returns department.
